Ali Haider is an international graphic turned fashion designer whose passion for the creative realms jolted him to explore multiple mediums primarily expressing his distinct zeal through clothing. As an upcoming artist in the fashion world, his work has already received praise in several fashion capitals of the world since the very beginning of his career in the field. Graduating Graphic Design at OCAD University in Canada, the 27year old decided to take a leap of faith into fashion and never looked back, presenting his designs/collections as early as 2017. Ali has showcased his work internationally at New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week. Quickly gaining media attention, Haider’s designs have also been featured on the pages of VOGUE, L’OFFICIEL, and several other esteemed international magazines. With his unique take, the couture designer has been involved in creating clothing pieces that reflect his fun and wild personality. Haider has previously described his work as “wearable art” as an homage to all those who want to explore themselves through clothing that is beyond the mundane. Now the maestro extends his efforts, bringing his distinctive designs home to Pakistan. 

“Every piece of clothing is unique to me. I see every piece as a personality trait, and when worn it adds to the wearers’ own individuality. So my expertise is not particularly in one type of clothing item but rather helping the wearer transform the clothing item into something new. I cater to the person that won’t take no for an answer. The person who believes they are the main character and would like to express it too. A person who is not afraid to experiment and only looks ahead rather than being stuck in time.” - Ali Haider 

Ali Haider launched his brand in Canada in 2017 and in New York City in 2018. While he had two designer stores that carried his collection, his sales were mostly made through his studio or online. The designer previously said that he will initially follow a similar strategy in Pakistan, making his immedicable clothing more exclusive made to order, and by appointment only. 

For his first-ever collection launching in Pakistan, Ali Haider reimagines how we see traditional eastern wear, giving it a stylistic edge that is distinguished and awe-provoking. Each piece is meticulously designed like a piece of art. Turning his creative vision into reality, he uses his muses to accentuate their inner power by creating an array of ensembles suitable for anyone who is looking to explore their style beyond the traditional norms. “The clothing I have created in Pakistan will celebrate the heritage and craftsmanship of the local artisans but will be intended as a celebration of art. A story, a meaning, a character will be behind every piece. Starting with bridal/formal women’s and men’s wear.
